I believe that Jiu-Jitsu, when taught and practiced with the proper spirit, is the most effective and efficient martial art for self-defense, bar none. It is also the most effective and efficient tool for self development, for adults and children. The many benefits of Jiu-Jitsu are available and accessible to anyone, any age, man or woman.
